If you're seeing a message like “The data is loading. Wait a moment, please.” or “Not all data was loaded. Try again?”, it means the app is still trying to load the training schedule from our system.
Why This Happens:
When you open the Coaching tab in the Anytime Fitness app, it connects to our system to load the most up-to-date training schedule. This process can sometimes take 1–2 minutes to complete, depending on your connection.
Common Signs the App Is Still Loading:
- A spinning icon stays next to “Services Available” for an extended time
- You keep seeing “The data is loading. Wait a moment, please.” even after waiting
- You receive a message that says “Not all data was loaded. Try again?”
What You Should Do:
Please complete the General Mobile Troubleshooting steps:
- Close and reopen the Anytime Fitness App
- Make sure you’re connected to a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data network
- Check for any app or phone updates, and install them if available
- Try accessing the Coaching tab again after a few moments
If the issue continues, contact your home club so they can assist or escalate the issue further if needed.
