If the “Reserve” button is grayed out for a training session, it usually means that there are no available sessions linked to your account at this time. You may also see messages such as:
- “No sessions available”
- “0 Sessions Left – Contact gym to purchase sessions”
- “Contact gym to purchase sessions”
Think You Should Have Sessions Available?
If you believe you should still have training sessions remaining based on your service package, there could be a mismatch in your account.
What You Should Do:
- Please contact the staff at your home club
- Let them know that your app shows no remaining sessions available for booking
- They can assist in reviewing your training service agreement and help ensure your sessions are correctly reflected in the Anytime Fitness Mobile App
