1. Verify System Requirements
To ensure optimal functionality of the Access Pass, please confirm that your device meets the following minimum system requirements:
- Android: Version 9 or later
- iOS: Version 16 or later
2. Connect to Wi-Fi
If you encounter difficulties downloading your Access Pass, please connect to your club’s Wi-Fi network and attempt the download again.
3. Confirm Eligibility
Please note that members under 18 years of age and those enrolled in Group Membership Programs are currently ineligible to download or use the Access Pass. If applicable, you may receive an error message within the Anytime Fitness App.
4. Enable NFC (Near-Field Communication)
Ensure that the NFC feature on your device is enabled, particularly for Android and Samsung devices, as it is required for Access Pass functionality.
5. Samsung Device Specifications
If NFC is enabled on your Samsung device but issues persist, verify that Google Pay or Google Wallet is set as the default wallet application. Access Pass is not compatible with Samsung Wallet at this time.
6. Reinstall the Anytime Fitness App
If the issue remains unresolved after following the above steps and no other underlying causes are identified, please try deleting and reinstalling the Anytime Fitness App.
