- Your Access Pass may be inactive.
- Near-Field Communication (NFC) may not be enabled on your phone. Please ensure this setting is turned on.
- Certain phone cases can interfere with NFC functionality. Try removing your phone case and attempt again.
- Your Access Pass may not be open or active within the Anytime Fitness or Wallet apps.
- If you use a Samsung Android device, please confirm that your Access Pass is added to the Google Wallet app, as Samsung Wallet is not currently supported.
- For Apple users, signing out and back into your Apple ID may be necessary to reactivate your Access Pass.
- There could be a hardware or software issue with the gym’s access control system. In this case, please notify the club staff for assistance.
