If you're an Apple user, you may see a banner message under your Access Pass in Apple Wallet. Here’s what each message means and the steps you should take:
Message: “Activating – Your pass is being activated.”
What it means:
This is a temporary message that appears while your Access Pass is being activated. During this time, the pass may not work.
What to do:
- Wait a few moments and check back—once activation is complete, the message will disappear.
- Make sure you’re signed into iCloud with the same Apple ID used to add the pass to Wallet.
Message: “Pass Disabled – Sign in to iCloud with the Apple ID you used when you added this pass to Wallet.”
What it means:
The Access Pass is unusable because you're not signed into iCloud with the Apple ID that was originally used to add the pass.
What to do:
- Sign in to iCloud using the same Apple ID you used when you first added the Access Pass.
- Once signed in, return to Apple Wallet and try using the pass again.
Message: “Pass Disabled – This pass is associated with a different Apple ID. Contact Anytime Fitness to resolve this issue.”
What it means:
The pass is linked to a different Apple ID and cannot be used.
