What you can do:
- Verify the email address you entered.
Ensure you are using the same email address registered with your Anytime Fitness membership. If you’re unsure which email is on file, your home club can confirm this for you. - Check your email folders:
- Look in your junk/spam folder
- Search your inbox for "Anytime Fitness"
- Search for messages from website@anytimefitness.com
- Email no longer accessible?
- Contact your home club and request to have your email address updated in your membership profile
- Once updated, try verifying your membership again
- Still not receiving the code?
If the email verification isn’t successful, try using your key fob number instead (if one is assigned to you).
