If your Access Pass currently shows as "Expired" or "Inactive," please re-add it by following these steps:
1. Delete your Access Pass.
* On the Wallet app, tap the menu button in the upper right.
* At the next screen, tap the "Remove" button.
2. Redownload your Access Pass.
* After the Access Pass has been deleted, the app will likely prompt you to add your Access Pass to your Google/Apple Wallet. However if it doesn't prompt you, you can still follow the steps below.
* Go to the Profile screen in the AF App.
* Tap the "Add to Wallet" button that is displayed next to AF Access Pass.
If you continue to experience problems please log a support ticket via the AF App under the Profile, Support.
