If you are having trouble adding the Access Pass to your Apple Wallet. To resolve please try the following steps:
- Ensure that your iOS and the AF App are updated to the latest version.
- If you're using mobile data, try switching to Wi-Fi, or vice versa, and attempt to add the pass again.
- Ensure FaceID is enabled if available on your phone.
- Delete and reinstall the AF App on your phone.
- If the issue persists after reinstallation, please wait for a while before trying again.
In some cases, successfully adding the Access Pass may require a couple of reinstall attempts.
If you continue to experience problems please log a support ticket via the AF App under the Profile, Support.
