Who should I contact if I have billing concerns or if I need to change the account linked to my membership

    Just wanted to note that as of 1st June 2024, the support hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5pm according to the phone's automated message.  

    UPDATE: Also, while the person answering the Debitsuccess phone was very friendly and provided instructions, they were still unable to update the banking payment details themselves unlike what the page says above. They instructed me to log into Debitsuccess (I had received a text from them after my original card was declined) and make a $1 payment using the new card details before saving it as a 'preferred card'.
