To place your membership on Freeze, you can e-mail your home club and request the freeze to be processed, you must provide a start and end date for the freeze time. We don’t offer unlimited or open-ended freezes In a 12-month period you may freeze your membership twice for up to 3 months with both periods combined (excluding Government COVID-19 required freeze). You may need to freeze your membership for an extended period of time, due to travelling, medical or experiencing financial hardship. If this is the case you would need to provide supporting documentation. Whilst the membership is on freeze, the minimum term will be extended for the same time as the freeze period. There can also be a freeze fee applicable. To contact your home club, you can use our Find a gym page for their contact information.
