Our cancellation policies are outlined in the membership agreement under clause 10. The agreement covers the cost to cancel, how to cancel and more information on any additional termination fees you may incur.
For membership cancellation, you can go into your home club and sign a cancellation form or if you are unable to attend in person, you can request the cancellation via email, written correspondence is to be sent directly to your home club, all cancellation requests carry a 30 day notice fee, processed from the date the club receives the original request containing the below information
The email must contain a form of ID with your full name, address and DOB and in words request your membership to be cancelled
If you are within your minimum term of your agreement, you will be required to make a 50% payout of the remaining balance for early cancellation. (Unless your reason to cancel is medical or relocation, conditions apply)
